Happy St. Patrick's Day!

It's St. Patrick's Day! Zach is wearing his green suit today and it's very fitting since he is 1/8th Irish. We got this outfit at Babies R Us at the end of last month. It was 50% off so we had to get it for his first St Patrick's Day.

The past 3 Months

The past few months seem to have gone by so fast. My new baby is growing so much and is grabbing for things, working on rolling over, and loves being on his feet. Here are some pictures from the time he was born until now.

Oh Baby!

Everyone has been waiting for a long time to find out the gender of our baby and HE is finally here! Yep, It's a BOY! Zachary Snyder was born on Thursday November 28th or Thanksgiving Day, weighing in at 9 pounds 5 Ounces and 21 inches long. He is super cute but a little stubborn when it comes to sleeping. I'll share the birth story tomorrow.

41 weeks and Signs of Labor

This morning I woke up at 2:30 AM to some contractions that were about 5-7 minutes apart and only lasted about 30 seconds. They went on like this for several hours until Louis went to work. Around 10 AM, I was still having some contractions, so I called Louis and told him that he should probably come home. He got home around 10:30 and then the contractions stopped about 10 minutes later. I was so bummed and Louis didn't really want to go back to work. I've been having contractions on and off all day.

Louis and I went to Alderwood Mall and Babies R Us and walked around for a bit. We just wanted to see if it could bring active labor faster, but it didn't. Right now the contractions have stopped and I'm hoping to get some sleep tonight.

40 weeks and Late Baby

This baby is officially late. I was due last night but there's still nothing happening. Louis and I took the dogs for a walk at the beach tonight to see if that would bring on labor but it's not happening. I was two weeks late when I was born so I wonder how late this baby will be?

39 weeks and Big Belly

I am 39 weeks and 2 days today. There is no sign of this baby and I am so ready for this to be done. Here are some pictures with one week left!

25 weeks Pregnant

I have been so bad at keeping up on this but at least I'm updating it now! Four weeks ago I had an ultrasound to check up on Baby Snyder. We told the technician right from the start that we didn't want to find out the gender and she was very good at making sure we didn't. I had my 24 week appointment last week and everything went great! The midwife said that the baby's measurements looked good. In fact, she said that the baby was measuring 5 days bigger. My belly was also measuring bigger so they're going to keep an eye one it. If I continue to measure big, they are going to order another ultrasound and my due date may change.
