7 months old and fun at the beach

I was going to do multiple posts for different pictures but decided to do it all in one post. I will be all caught up after this post. These pictures are all from his 7th month and that's why I'm grouping them together. I know he's almost 8 months old (as of this coming Monday) but better late than never! Here are the highlights of this month.

Zach loves going for walks every day. He watches everyone and everything around him.

He loves standing against everything! He can't get himself into a standing position by himself and needs help, but is fine once he is standing.

On July 9th, Zachary broke his first plate. I thought the high chair was far enough away from the table but it wasn't. He reached as far as he could and pulled the plate off the table. This was really sad to me because the plate was from a set that we got for our wedding, but what can you do?

Lastly, the beach. Up until last week, most of July has been great weather! I mean, sun and 80+ degrees. This means that we got to go to parks and beaches almost every day. We visit Mukilteo beach all the time because it's about 10 minutes away. These pics were from one of those outings.

Get this hat off of me!

Zach has such a great friendship with both the dogs and for different reasons. Oscar is more of the buddy, while Sadie is more of a second mother. Zach loves to hang out with Oscar and pet him nicely. He's never too rough and Oscar loves all the attention.

They will even do the same thing at the same time!

Sadie will pretty much let Zach do anything to her. He'll pull on her tail, collar, and ears and she doesn't care at all. I think it's because she was a mother so she was used to puppies biting and pulling at her all the time. Zach also LOVES her leash and loves to chew on it. This is why we're thinking about getting him his own leash to chew. Sadie's probably has so many germs on it!

I will leave you with this picture of Oscar looking sharp in his Doggles.
